We just wrapped up a full set of custom trophies for the Minnesota LLBA Bowfishing Association - and honestly, this one was a blast to work on. Three separate categories, four placements each, all cut and finished in house. That's a lot of metal, and every single piece had to be right.
Each trophy was designed around the shape of Minnesota, which we think is a pretty fitting touch for a state-based organization. The placement numbers are cut right into the design - bold and clean - alongside the category name, association name, and year. Nothing generic about any of it. These are the kind of awards that actually mean something when you hang them on a wall.
Our CNC plasma table handled all the cutting. That's what gives you the crisp lettering and tight detail work you'd need for a piece like this. After that, every trophy got a powder coated finish - tough, consistent, and built to last a lot longer than a painted or plated trophy would.
What we really enjoy about jobs like this is the combination of design and fabrication happening under one roof. No outsourcing the cutting, no sending parts elsewhere for finishing. We handle the whole thing, which means tighter quality control and a final product we're actually proud to put our name on.
Whether it's trophies for a local tournament, custom signs for a business, or one-off metal pieces for something unique - this is exactly the kind of work we're set up to do. If you've got an idea, we can figure out how to cut it.
