When a local kettle corn company came to us with a couple of beat-up carts, the problem was pretty clear. The wheel mounts were shot - worn, rusted, and causing the kind of drag and wobble that makes moving a heavy cart a nightmare. For a business that depends on showing up and setting up fast at events, that's a real problem.

Here's what we were working with: original mounts that had given up the ghost. Rust had taken over, the hardware was compromised, and the whole assembly just wasn't holding up the way it needed to. You can't run a food cart operation when your wheels are fighting you every step of the way.

We fabricated and welded new steel wheel mount brackets directly onto the carts. The new mounts are solid, properly gusseted, and bolted down with heavy hardware - built to handle the weight and the miles these carts put on at events. The difference between the old setup and the new one is night and day.

This is exactly the kind of work we do well. It's not glamorous, but it matters. A local business was down, and we got them back up and running. That's the point of custom metal work - solving real problems for real people, not just making things look pretty.

If you've got equipment that's worn out, bent up, or just not functioning the way it should, we can usually find a solution. Bring it in and let's take a look.
